Deli­cious, home­made, healthy condi­ments are my solu­tion to a health­i­er eat­ing dilemma. 

Condi­ments and Sauces that are Whole 30 com­pli­ant are very dif­fi­cult to come by, unless you’re pre­pared to spend a premium. 

I’ve spent the past week exper­i­ment­ing with some recipe ideas that can make our meals even more excit­ing. After some taste-test­ing from my favorite crit­ics, I’m excit­ed to share the best of my Deli­cious Home­made Healthy Condi­ments with you!

Whole30 Info

When doing a *Whole30, you com­plete­ly elim­i­nate grains (and thus, gluten), legumes, dairy, the unhealthy fats and all sug­ars (oth­er than lim­it­ed fruit), along with sug­ar sub­sti­tutes, from your diet. 

The pur­pose is to sort of reset your sys­tem. Any resid­ual health effects from a poor diet are slowed or stopped. Tox­ins are flushed from the body. 

After 30 days, you begin to grad­u­al­ly add one cat­e­go­ry at a time, back to your diet, to see if it could be the cause of aller­gies, sen­si­tiv­i­ties or inflam­ma­tion. As you can imag­ine, remov­ing that num­ber of food groups from an Amer­i­can diet means get­ting pret­ty cre­ative when it comes to condi­ments. These five Deli­cious Home­made Healthy Condi­ments and sauces are my solu­tion. And, I’m not kid­ding you. I like them so much, I’ll con­tin­ue using them, even after my Whole 30 is complete.
