Mandarin Orange Salad is a cool, citrus-y and refreshing addition to the menu at any special gathering. The delicious mandarin orange jello salad only requires 5-ingredients.
My mother shared this recipe with me years ago. I love it. I do, however, alter it a little. My mother and I found that 2 cups of liquid make it a little too runny for our taste. Therefore, we only use 1 3/4 cup water-pineapple juice. We add a can of crushed pineapple, along with the oranges, drained as best you can. We use some of this drained liquid as the water.
Anyway, I love this. Thanks for sharing this as it sparked memories for me.
This recipe has become my go-to recipe for family gatherings and I now keep the ingredients on hand so I can have it ready to go without much planning on my part. I love your recipes!
My daughter made this yesterday and the entire family enjoyed it. Love that it was simple enough for my daughter to make and great for a side or dessert
This Mandarin Orange Salad recipe brings back so many great memories! My mom would make a salad like this for us growing up and we used to devour it. Your dessert recipe was so easy to make and a huge hit at the potluck dinner that I recently attended.
