Chicken Pastina Soup is my delectably satisfying grown-up version of a childhood classic. It’s simple, delicious, and comforting. And with a handful of everyday ingredients, it can be on the table in less than 30 minutes.

This was so comforting and delicious! I made this when we were feeling a little under the weather and everyone loved this soup! I’m keeping this recipe on hand to enjoy throughout the winter!
I made this recipe vegan because I was craving a veggie soup and it turned out SO good! I used vegetable broth like you said and it was so delicious. Next time I’ll make chicken broth to see how they differ.
I made this with a homemade chicken broth (the same as your recipe) and wow, I can say that it is truly a comfort food! The flavors are truly elevated because of the combined herbs and spices (onion powder, and garlic powder). I really love this dish, thank you for your recipe 🙂
This is my new favorite way to eat leftover chicken! We made this with homemade broth we had stored in the freezer. We’re also fortunate enough to have a lemon tree so we’re 100% on team fresh lemon.
This is my go-to food especially now that the weather is usually chilly. It’s so comforting! I love adding a bit of lemon juice because it gives a fresh flavor. Thanks for this recipe!
It’s like grown up chicken noodle soup! I have such a soft spot for pastina and this recipe really lived up to my expectations, warm, comforting and full of flavor.
Oh my gosh, the little stars are adorable but alas I could not find here at my Texas store. Substituted orzo like you suggested and it was amazing and comforting — will definitely be making again.
Bringing back childhood nostalgia, this Chicken Pastina Soup is my grown-up twist on a classic favorite. Quick, simple, and comforting—perfect for a satisfying meal in under 30 minutes!
