For my Original Recipe (Still our preferred)
- 2 lbs ground beef, (browned, drained and crumbled)
- 1 (26 oz) can cream of chicken soup (that’s the family-size can)
- 3 cups sour cream
-OR-
For the “Beefy” variation:
- 2 lbs ground beef, (browned, drained and crumbled)
- 1 (26 oz) can cream of mushroom soup (that’s the family-size can)
- 1 (10.2 oz) can French onion soup
- 3 cups sour cream
- 1 Tablespoon beef bouillon (I used Better than Bouillon brand.)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef. Drain.
- Choose one set of ingredients and toss all of then into a *12″ cast iron skillet with the browned and drained ground beef. Stir them together over medium heat.
- Continue cooking until hot and bubbly.
- Serve over wide egg noodles, homemade noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
