Easy Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients

For my Original Recipe

  • 2 lbs ground beef, (browned, drained and crumbled)
  • 1 (26 oz) can cream of chicken soup (that’s the family-size can)
  • 3 cups sour cream

For the “Beefy” variation:

  • 2 lbs ground beef, (browned, drained and crumbled)
  • 1 (26 oz) can cream of mushroom soup (that’s the family-size can)
  • 1 (10.2 oz) can French onion soup
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon beef bouillon (I use Better than Bouillon brand.)

Instructions

  1. Choose one set of ingredients and toss all of then into a *12″ cast iron skillet and stir them together over medium heat.
  2. Continue cooking until hot and bubbly.
  3. Serve over wide egg noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
