Description

This is a beautifully thick and rich fudge sauce that’s not too sweet.  Six simple ingredients and 10 minutes is all you need to enjoy this delicious treat!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
  • 1 (5.3 oz) bar unsweetened Divine Chocolate (100% cocoa)
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup Imperial Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except butter, into a saucepan.
  2. Melt over medium heat and stir just until mixture comes to a boil.  You don’t want a full rolling boil.  Heat it just until the bubbling begins.
  3. Remove from the heat and whisk in the butter, stirring until it is completely melted.
  4. Serve over ice cream or any of your favorite desserts.
  5. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
